What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise L&D strategy and training governance, using learning analytics, LMS transformation, and performance consulting to build workforce readiness, ensure compliance, and scale leadership and onboarding programs with strong stakeholder alignment.

I’m a Head of Learning & Development with 12+ years of experience leading end-to-end L&D strategy and operations across BPO, IT/ITES, BFSI, CRM, and skill development ecosystems. I build enterprise-wide training governance and deliver induction, onboarding, new hire training, performance improvement, behavioural interventions, and change management through data-driven approaches.

In my current role, I own the L&D charter, budget, vendor partnerships, and training governance, while overseeing LMS strategy and digital learning transformation. Earlier, I led site-wide L&D operations—from Day 0-Day 30 onboarding frameworks to compliance training (POSH, ISMS, data privacy standards)—using TNA/TNI/TNE and RCA (Fishbone, Pareto 80-20) to improve CSAT, Quality, Productivity, Conversion, AHT, and Attendance.
