I've conducted loss analysis and system audits to resolve ambiguous platform vulnerabilities, creating procedural templates adopted by the wider team. I also design onboarding and upskilling sessions, and audit localized data to identify cultural sensitivities and prevent linguistic bias in user-facing models.

My work experience also includes high-precision translation and revision for the European Parliament and Swiss Post, alongside public diplomacy and event operations at the Italian Embassy Cultural Centre in New Delhi. I’ve coordinated protocol, vendors, institutional partnerships, and international public events for hundreds of attendees.
