What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply precise Italian-language review, institutional process design, and hands-on AI evaluation to reliable, human-governed operational workflows.

At Fondazione Università Ca’ Foscari, I coordinate complex cross-functional processes for the General Director, translating institutional priorities into practical procedures and operational solutions.

I draft, review, and maintain formal documents and internal procedures where linguistic accuracy, register, and consistency are essential. I also coordinate compliance activities with the DPO, ODV, legal advisers, and RSPP, and led the introduction of the Italian Public Contracts Code into internal workflows.

I’m developing and testing AI collaborators for knowledge management and operational support, with a focus on reliable Italian-language output, human oversight, governance, and AI Act alignment. My background spans institutional cultural events, international exhibition projects, arts management, and a scientific and humanities education.
