What I'm looking for

In my next role, I’m looking for an operations or program management position where I can apply my strengths in process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution. I’m particularly drawn to fast-paced, growing environments that prioritize operational clarity and value systems that help teams work more efficiently.

A data driven operations leader with 7+ years driving growth strategies, I am currently the Vice President of Operations at a mid-sized niche tech company where I specialize in project management, growth strategies, and driving operational efficiencies. This includes operations scaling, process optimization (digital transformation, metric analysis, performance tracking), and partnerships, as well as working closely with the CEO to contribute to strategic short-term and long-term planning.

As the cross-functional head of operations I partner with C-suite executives as well as lead a high-impact 16-member transformation team across Ops, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal and other functions within the organization to grow the business and set the next stages for success. My expertise includes contract lifecycle management, brand growth, talent strategy, and process optimization. As such, I've been instrumental in transforming employee engagement and contract management, thus aligning workforce development initiatives with business objectives. Some of my key successes include advising on long-term strategic planning for 25+ managers, thereby increasing overall productivity and improving company-wide cost efficiencies as part of a renewed plan for operational excellence.

They’ve been invaluable components in building trust with my team and partners, shaping meaningful policies, and driving cross-functional initiatives through constructive engagement. Beyond work I love learning new skills, whether it’s a new language or a dance form. I can speak five languages with varying levels of proficiency and have experience in six dance styles. Currently, I’m learning French and improving my dance techniques through dancers’ workout forms. And I bring this very same creative energy to my work, always thinking outside the box as much as pushing new limits.
