What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-first role where I can own escalation frameworks, drive measurable service improvements, and also strengthen team capability through modern learning systems and practical coaching.

I’m a client-first leader with 8+ years as a Corporate Manager, specializing in instructional design, training program development, and Learning Management Systems to build capability across new hires and experienced teams. I bring strong presentation skills, disciplined execution, and a proactive approach to improving how people learn, perform, and escalate issues.

In my current role as a Client Success Manager, I oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments and lead supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client support. I act as the senior point of contact for high-priority escalations—analyzing escalation data to find root causes, streamlining processes, and creating consistent escalation management frameworks that improve client satisfaction. I also deliver executive reporting on escalation trends, team performance, and customer metrics, while collaborating with Product and operations leadership to implement sustainable solutions.

Previously, I served as a Corporate Trainer and Training Manager, facilitating continuous learning for competency-based sales and performance improvement programs. I planned facilitator prep, guided classroom and webinar delivery, and partnered with learning and development teams to enhance curricula, materials, and facilitation strategies based on learner performance signals like feedback, surveys, and focus groups. I’ve also trained sales teams on CRM and business systems, coached employees through call reviews and sales skills development, and created training aids, manuals, and evaluations to drive measurable outcomes.
