What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead data-driven projects and automate workflows—turning messy processes into streamlined systems. I want to own end-to-end delivery, build dashboards and tracking tools, and work with teams on continuous improvement to reduce operational friction.

I’m an organized, systems-minded Project Manager who uses a builder’s lens to solve operational challenges. At Center for Justice Innovation / Brooklyn Justice Initiatives, I engineered custom tracking tools and interactive dashboards that centralize scattered data, automate workflows, and streamline communications across teams using Google Apps Script and JavaScript. I also owned end-to-end project delivery—from requirements to rollout and training—while synthesizing complex survey data into executive-ready narratives and visual charts.
