What I'm looking for

I’m seeking hands-on IT support roles where I can diagnose hardware/software, provide strong customer service, work remotely or onsite, and grow with a stable team that values reliability and professional development.

I am an IT technician and customer-focused support specialist with hands-on experience repairing PCs, troubleshooting networks, and delivering remote and in-person technical assistance.

I earned an Associate of Science in Information Technology with honors, made the Dean's List for a 3.5+ GPA, and I am completing a Bachelor of Science in Software Development, with A+ and Network+ certifications expected in October 2025 and Security+ thereafter.

I combine strong customer-service skills with disciplined documentation, ticketing-system experience, and familiarity with VMware, Python, and Java to resolve issues efficiently. I’m driven to build long-term client relationships and support teams that value reliability and continuous improvement.
