I have worked with multiple coding languages and familiar with all the popular operating systems. I currently specialize in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and tablets, supporting “hundreds of employees” while meeting weekly and monthly key performance indicators. I perform hardware upgrades and component-level repairs, image systems, configure user profiles, and manage Active Directory accounts including password resets, account creation, and group permissions. I also support remote users via RDP and other remote desktop tools, assist with VPN setup and connectivity issues, and maintain detailed support records using ServiceNow/ITNow.

Earlier, I delivered hands-on IT Help Desk support in a healthcare environment, verified confidential health documentation while following HIPAA guidelines, and assisted patients with online portal enrollment. I’ve also provided technical support and coaching in customer-facing roles, and I value proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and documenting/training end-users and new hires. With ongoing education in Bachelor’s Cyber Security, I’m focused on roles where I can keep improving systems and user outcomes.
