What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can use my customer support, troubleshooting, reporting, operations, and team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

At Skyward Inc., I support school districts nationwide by troubleshooting system issues, creating Excel reports, importing files, and answering accounting questions through phone, email, and Teams.

Previously, I directed food service operations for four Pontiac School District #429 schools, overseeing ordering, inventory, payroll, hiring, scheduling, and a 15-person staff serving more than 1,000 children daily.

I've also led collections teams at Afni, handled complex auto claims and insurance sales at State Farm, and managed property claims at Wilber and Associates. I bring customer service, call-center leadership, claims resolution, sales, and performance reporting experience to fast-paced environments.
