What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help founders and growing teams build scalable operations, improve executive workflows, strengthen recruitment systems, and deliver content and administrative support that drives growth.

I've supported founders, CEOs, and growing businesses by building scalable backends, streamlining operations, and removing administrative friction. My work spans executive assistance, systems design, global recruitment, content strategy, and CRM management.

At Kim Realty Group, I built internal workflows for a US real estate team, supported property evaluations and transaction processes, and maintained lead and client tracking systems. Through OneTeamAnywhere, I partnered with startup teams to scale hiring across tech and business roles, managing full-cycle international recruitment pipelines using Manatal.

I'm currently supporting Chris Cormack with AI and cloud content, newsletters, social media, podcast and video production, and speaker-management workflows. I also bring hands-on experience with HubSpot, Bookeo, Google Workspace, Canva, and SpeakerHub.
