At Rivian, I set strategic direction for field sales and delivery operations supporting roughly 600 employees, helping prepare the R2 launch through go-to-market alignment, failure-point mitigation, and operational roadmapping.

I've led commercial operations programs to scale annual vehicle deliveries from 50,000 to 250,000, improve first-pass yield by more than 25% from baseline, and build dashboards, pilots, quality feedback loops, training, and mentorship programs.

Across Rivian vehicle operations and supply chain, I managed end-to-end logistics, regional inventory availability, vendor engagements, vehicle readiness tracking, supplier strategy, and programs spanning 12 systems and 51 subsystems for an entire vehicle line.

Earlier, I led automotive programs at Lear, Hutchinson North America, and NSK Steering Systems America, managing customer relationships, APQP, supplier networks, launches, cost, quality, schedules, and cross-functional teams. I also coordinated healthcare PMO projects at University of Michigan Health System expected to annualize approximately $40 million in savings.
