What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations leadership role where I can drive SLA-backed performance, improve logistics/warehouse processes with tech and lean methods, lead teams, and grow through measurable results and strong cross-functional collaboration.

I’m an operations supervisor/manager focused on transportation, distribution, and warehouse performance, backed by a track record of excellent interpersonal skills and delivering results. I consistently aim to meet expectations and goals that drive overall organizational success.

In my Area Operations Manager role, I act as the main liaison to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, provide customized solutions, and boost customer satisfaction (CSI). I manage, train, and motivate outsourced drivers/porters—handling recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance issues—while working to reduce high turnover.

I also implement tech-driven logistics by monitoring vehicle flow, minimizing downtime, and managing inventory (parts delivery) to keep daily operations smooth. I participate in budgeting, control expenditures, and provide reports on team performance against targets, while analyzing needs and developing initiatives to improve processes and ensure compliance with standards.
