For the past 6+ years, I've worked behind the scenes as the right hand to founders, helping them manage the moving parts of the business so they can focus on the work only they can do.

Whether it's overseeing launches, managing teams, improving operations, building systems, implementing automations, or making sure things don't fall through the cracks, my role has always been the same: o help founders stop carrying everything alone.

My background combines corporate leadership and online business operations.

Before moving into the online space, I spent several years as a Corporate General Manager in hospitality, leading more than 350 employees across multiple island resorts in Indonesia.

I oversaw multiple departments including daily operations, finance, HR, logistics, marketing, front office, engineering, housekeeping, food and beverage, scuba diving and spa operations.

During my time there, we maintained 60%+ occupancy during low season and 85–100% occupancy during high season. Following the devastating earthquake in 2018, I helped lead the reopening of operations during one of the most challenging periods in the company's history.

Since then, I've supported wellness brand and service-based businesses with launches, operations, systems, automations, and day-to-day business management.

Some highlights include:
