I seek leadership roles where I can drive operations and expansion, design systems and ERP solutions, and integrate regenerative, community-focused practices into growth strategies.

I am a senior operations and project leader with over 15 years of experience across hospitality, education, wellness, and technology environments. I bridge strategy and execution, building human-centered systems that enable sustainable growth.

I have led multi-site operations and billion-IDR construction and expansion initiatives, implemented ERP solutions (SAP Controlling, Project Systems, Investment Management), and established SOPs and reporting frameworks to support rapid organizational growth.
