I take the day to day off founders and executives. I keep operations, communication and marketing running smoothly so leadership can stay focused on growth.

I've worked remote and hybrid with founders and companies globally for 7 years. I'm the person they hand things to when they want them handled. I make the daily calls, keep projects and people moving, write down how the work gets done and connect the tools so things run without anyone chasing them.

I build and run Meta campaigns with creative testing, retargeting and Pixel tracking on every step of the funnel. I set up Klaviyo flows and segments and ran an email program for 8,500 contacts at 12 campaigns a month. I built a full brand website from scratch in 4 days and run the Shopify store day to day.

I also built a daily CEO dashboard in n8n that pulls Shopify, Meta and Klaviyo into one view with sales, AOV, margin, ROAS, CAC and MER. My creative review process ships 40+ ads and posts a week and catches mistakes before anything goes live.
