At Shamrock Grove, I co-founded a villa and two restaurants and helped build them from the ground up, including licensing, budgeting, and supplier relationships. I wrote the SOPs and operational systems across the front of house, bar, kitchen, and storeroom.
I built HR, recruitment, and scheduling systems for the three properties, along with a custom operations app used across both restaurants. By 2025, I had transitioned day-to-day operations into self-operating structures and shifted my focus to strategic oversight.
As an independent consultant for a villa management company, I handled guest communication and complaints for a 60+ villa portfolio and developed its pricing strategy. I also set up Google Analytics and Google Ads and launched a paid search campaign that generated approximately IDR 75 million in gross villa sales against IDR 2.7 million in first-month ad spend.
At Teraneuro for Google, via Upwork Enterprise, I researched and maintained records for an international database and translated and verified content between Norwegian and English. I was promoted to Level 3 Contributor and worked with proprietary tools and advanced workflows.
