I’m looking for a hybrid/remote role where I can own customer experience and day-to-day operations, resolve issues calmly, and improve processes. I thrive in fast-paced environments with clear KPIs, collaboration, and room to strengthen client journeys.

I’m a customer experience and operations professional with over six years’ experience delivering exceptional service, coordinating business operations, and building strong client relationships. I manage high volumes of customer enquiries, resolve complex issues, and coordinate multiple stakeholders while supporting senior leadership.

Across hospitality and wellness environments, I’ve owned day-to-day operations—overseeing bookings, scheduling, payments, customer communications, and service delivery. I take a continuous improvement approach, introducing smoother booking systems and clearer communication processes to improve customer retention and engagement.
