I’m looking for a fully remote opportunity with a growing company where I can use my experience in business development, sales, marketing, client acquisition, partnerships, and operations to help generate revenue, build strong customer relationships, and support sustainable business growth.

I bring hands-on experience working across business development, marketing, and operations in industries including transportation and tourism, import and export, and real estate. My work has involved prospecting and lead generation, outbound outreach, client qualification, relationship management, proposals and tenders, negotiation, partnership development, marketing campaigns, follow-ups, and coordinating business operations. At Dololo Import & Export, I contributed to generating more than 10 million ETB in revenue and achieved a 35% bid success rate. At Koisha Tour & Car Rental, I helped build client acquisition activities from the ground up, contributing to a 30% increase in client acquisition and maintaining over 90% client retention.

What I do best is connecting business needs with practical action. I enjoy researching potential customers, identifying opportunities, understanding what a client actually needs, starting conversations, presenting solutions, following up consistently, and turning opportunities into long-term relationships. My marketing background also gives me a strong understanding of messaging, content, brand communication, and how to attract and engage potential customers rather than looking at sales in isolation.

I’m comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, communicating with clients and internal teams, and taking ownership of projects from initial research through execution and follow-up. I also use AI and digital tools to improve research, content creation, prospecting, communication, and everyday workflows, allowing me to work more efficiently while keeping the quality and human side of communication.
