I’m looking for a role where I can drive growth through partnerships, market research, and CRM-backed execution—working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to launch products, hit pipeline KPIs, and keep improving processes.

I’m a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager who develops strategic partnerships, manages key accounts, and executes successful product launches to drive market penetration. I consistently conduct market research to uncover business opportunities and strengthen customer satisfaction through fast, effective support.

Before focusing on business growth, I built a strong systems foundation as a Business Systems Analyst and worked on real deployment work—integrating a new web-based billing system used in over 80 towns within Ethiopia, alongside documentation and architecture design for transport and water billing systems. I also prepared training manuals and supported users after deployment via email and phone call.

Across my business roles, I’ve combined lead generation and CRM-driven execution with cross-functional collaboration—tracking interactions and pipeline in CRM systems, aligning with marketing on campaign performance and KPIs, and improving team productivity through regular training.
