Deliverable-focused pro at the intersection of people, process, and data. I optimize workflows and hiring operations through documentation and data-informed decision-making. I thrive in remote, asynchronous-leaning environments that prioritize deep work and clear ownership over heavy meeting schedules.

I’m an operations-focused professional with a background spanning people operations, recruiting, workforce planning, and business operations. My work sits at the intersection of people, process, and data—helping teams run more efficiently, make better decisions, and scale sustainably.

In my current role, I support recruiting and hiring operations end-to-end, including improving workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, and leading the implementation and adoption of an Applicant Tracking System. I’ve built reporting such as cost-per-hire analysis to help leadership better understand and optimize recruiting investments, and I regularly partner cross-functionally to align hiring with broader business needs.

Prior to this, I managed assortment planning and forecasting for a multi-billion-dollar retail division, where I analyzed performance data, supported strategic decision-making, and led cross-functional initiatives. I also developed training programs, improved internal processes, and mentored team members—building a strong foundation in both operations and people development.

Across roles, I’m known for bringing structure to ambiguity—whether that’s streamlining a process, implementing a new system, or coordinating across teams to move work forward. I enjoy roles that are deliverable-focused, allow for thoughtful, independent work, and prioritize efficiency over unnecessary meetings.

I’m particularly interested in remote roles in operations, people operations, program coordination, or analytics where I can contribute to scalable systems, process improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
