I’m looking for a fully remote or remote-first role in operations, program management, people ops, onboarding, or community/partnerships. I thrive in mission-driven, fast-moving environments where I can bring structure, coordination, and clarity to cross-functional work. I’m best in roles focused on strong execution, thoughtful systems, and improving team and user experiences.

I’m an operations and program specialist with a background spanning recruiting coordination, onboarding, people operations, and community and partnership programs across startups and mission-driven organizations.

My work has consistently sat at the intersection of people, process, and execution—helping distributed teams turn complex workflows into clear, structured systems that actually function in practice. I’m especially drawn to environments where there are multiple moving parts, shifting priorities, and a need for calm, organized execution behind the scenes.

Across my experience, I’ve supported end-to-end coordination of hiring and onboarding workflows, partner and community programs, and cross-functional operational initiatives. I’ve worked closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication clarity, and consistent delivery across projects and programs.
