What I'm looking for
I’m a workforce development and recruiting operations professional with 10 years of experience supporting workforce development, program coordination, and full-cycle recruiting operations. I build structured recruitment and onboarding systems that keep high-volume candidates and participants moving with clarity and care.
In my recent roles, I’ve managed end-to-end candidate flow—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding readiness. I coordinate onboarding and compliance requirements, including background checks, documentation collection, fingerprinting follow-up, and readiness verification.
I’m especially strong at maintaining audit-ready documentation and aligning recruitment operations with organizational and program goals. I track background check renewals in Salesforce, support internal reporting and audit processes, and create recruitment trackers, pipeline reports, and handoff processes that improve cohort readiness and program visibility.
I’ve recruited nationally for AmeriCorps and supported high-volume hiring across technical, skilled trades, and property management functions. I’ve also led and trained entry-level recruiters on sourcing strategy and ATS workflows (including Greenhouse and Bullhorn), and supported teams across legal, HR, finance, IT, DEI, and facilities.
