What I'm looking for

I am seeking a sales role where I can drive revenue growth, coach and develop teams, use analytics-driven strategies, and contribute to a collaborative, performance-focused culture.

I am a results-driven field sales and marketing representative with proven success managing retail accounts and driving multi-million dollar revenue within the Tri-State division. I have consistently grown territory performance—delivering notable wins like a 13% MKE revenue increase, $100K+ in direct B2C sales, and top-performing Black Friday results—while leveraging CRM, product knowledge, and Power BI analytics to inform strategy.

I lead and develop teams, having trained and mentored nine representatives and serving as Central NJ sales leader responsible for coaching, tracking sales successes, and designing incentive initiatives. I earned the 2025 Circle of Excellence Award (top 5% nationwide) and hold a B.S. in Marketing from Rowan University, with strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Qualtrics, and IBM SPSS.
