What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service, customer experience, or B2C sales role where I can resolve customer issues, support retention, close sales, and grow in a remote customer-support environment.

I've supported customers across Australia, the USA and the UK, handling service queries, booking concerns, product logistics and issue resolution for Expedia/Vrbo, Amazon and Virgin Media O2.

In private health insurance, I closed B2C sales for NIB, AHM and BUPA, managing leads through the full sales journey in Zoho CRM. I've also driven upgrades from pre-pay to post-pay SIM plans and sold phones and accessories.

I'm comfortable working independently in remote customer-support environments using Salesforce, Zoho, AC3, CSC and MS Office, with strong English, Hindi and Bengali communication.
