At Paymentus, I lead a team of 7 Implementation Project Managers and provide oversight across 90+ concurrent enterprise implementations and consulting engagements.

I oversee payment technology and SaaS implementations from Define and Design through Go Live, Hypercare, and transition to post-implementation support. I also guide Jira-based sprint planning and work across Product, Development, QA, and other teams to address delivery dependencies.

At TOGETHERWORK, I established PMO governance, forecasting, resource planning, and portfolio reporting as Director, PMO and Professional Services. As Practice Manager, I led delivery operations across 30+ concurrent ERP and CRM implementations and managed a team of Project Managers.

Earlier, I led Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM implementations at TOGETHERWORK, supported PeopleSoft ERP implementations at THE CITY OF COLORADO SPRINGS, and managed the Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM product roadmap at ASSOCIATION OF CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS INTERNATIONAL. I hold an MBA in Project Management and am a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
