I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run Agile programs with strong portfolio governance, own multimillion-dollar budgets, partner with vendors, and deliver measurable operational efficiency through clear risk management and executive reporting.

I’m a senior IT and business leader specializing in project and program management, with a proven track record delivering complex initiatives on time and under budget. I bring deep experience managing large-scale programs, Agile/Scrum delivery, and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Most recently, I directed managers and teams across Agile project management, vendor management, infrastructure, and business systems—supporting up to 23 staff. I owned and governed IT budgets up to ~$32M, reducing spend to under $20M through portfolio rationalization, vendor optimization, and FinOps practices.

I oversee enterprise roadmaps, delivery schedules, risk management, and executive reporting—ensuring delivery performance across infrastructure, application, and cloud initiatives. My focus includes portfolio planning and prioritization, executive stakeholder communication, budget accountability, Agile transformation, continuous delivery, and impediment removal.

Earlier in my career, I managed full project lifecycles for outsourced software development and SDLC delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and change control. I’ve also led statewide infrastructure upgrades and enterprise system transitions, producing executive-level reporting and documentation that keeps teams aligned and moving forward.
