At OnActuate, I lead seven concurrent enterprise Dayforce implementations across a $6M+ services portfolio, guiding delivery from discovery and scope through go-live, stabilization, and customer expansion.

I coordinate blended teams of internal specialists and subcontractors, balance capacity and utilization against delivery risk, and lead executive escalations and recovery plans for strategic customers. I've also supported services growth through solution shaping, pricing inputs, SOW development, and delivery handoff.

Previously at Pursuit Collection, I built a centralized global HRIS function and led enterprise HCM strategy, vendor selection, and migration from ADP to Workday. I also led an iCIMS reimplementation and automation work that generated approximately $250K in annual savings.

Across customer operations, HRIS, public-sector communications, and enterprise implementation, I build scalable operating models, develop teams, and use data, automation, and clear governance to improve time-to-value and customer outcomes.
