I lead enterprise transformation, technology, governance, and service-management programs across government, banking, supply chain, SaaS, telecommunications, manufacturing, and retail.
At the State of Georgia, I lead Workday statewide migration, Grants Management service delivery, IV&V oversight, procurement support, RAID management, change readiness, executive reporting, and cross-agency governance. I coordinate training, cutover activities, issue resolution, adoption metrics, and stakeholder alignment for complex statewide implementations.
Previously at METUS and Cantaloupe, I delivered supply chain, SAP, Snowflake analytics, Collibra data catalog, IAM, payments, and unattended retail initiatives. I directed a $15M supply chain transformation portfolio across 10 concurrent projects and helped migrate more than one million devices to a new payment gateway with zero service disruption.
My experience also includes leading Agile and data-migration delivery at Wells Fargo, AT&T, T-Mobile, PNC Financials, American Express, and 3M.
