What I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual customer service professional supporting U.S. customers across healthcare, telecommunications, sales, and hospitality. My focus is on resolving issues quickly and accurately, from prior authorizations to complex customer inquiries in English and Spanish.
Most recently, I processed prior authorizations for U.S. patients to obtain medical exams and services, handling authorization delays and denials with professional communication and accurate documentation. I also worked remotely while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Earlier roles strengthened my versatility—troubleshooting internet and smartphone issues, selling services and devices, and providing excellent in-person customer service.
