I’m an administrative & customer support specialist with experience supporting daily business activities through remote organization, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. I’m proactive, organized, and focused on completing tasks on time with strong attention to detail.
In my current role as an Administrative & customer support assistant, I manage remote administrative operations end-to-end—organizing digital files and records, tracking requests until completion, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate data in internal systems. I also verify and update information to keep everything precise.
Earlier, I provided bilingual customer service in English and Spanish, adapting quickly to customers and processes in multicultural environments. I supported applicants at the Customer Service Center (CAS), analyzed data related to documents and passports, and improved service through practical suggestions.
I bring a solid toolkit for efficient remote work (Excel and Microsoft Office) plus CRM and internal tracking workflows. With B2 English and a continuous-learning mindset, I’m comfortable working independently or as part of a team to improve response times and operational accuracy.
