I’ve built my career in customer-facing roles, handling calls with a focus on accuracy, clear communication, and fast issue resolution. I’m confident working under pressure while staying consistent with policies and service standards.
In Teleperformance, I worked as a Call Agent–Fraud Analyst, talking with customers about credit card concerns and validating various transactions. In Concentrix, I supported customers with satellite radio malfunctions by troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing the affected units.
I’ve also supported operations beyond call handling—working as an Administrative Assistant where I took customer calls for trouble calls and organized and updated manpower info and daily tasks. At Petron Corporation (Warehouseman), I received and released stocks and equipment, and submitted monthly inventory reports.
Most recently, I worked as a Creative Media Marketing Sales Representative, making outbound sales calls to authors and selling marketing campaigns that fit their books, while maintaining strong author relationships. I want to bring this same reliability, teamwork mindset, and willingness to work overtime into my next role.
