I’m looking for a role where I can lead compliant, analytics-driven digital marketing or PMO work—mentoring teams, partnering with stakeholders, and translating requirements into measurable, ethical outcomes across global clients.

I’m a training and leadership professional with 15+ years’ experience driving global operations, client engagement, and team development. I focus on leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and building strong global client relationships across regulated, high-stakes environments.

At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I lead a cross-regional team (US & EMEA) delivering compliant digital marketing initiatives. I mentor teammates on upcoming requirements and compliance best practices, and I develop training modules using analytics tools like Sprinklr and Adobe to strengthen campaign tracking and consent validation.

I also direct global social media campaigns with an explicit compliance mindset, and I’ve been recognized with a “Best Performer” award (Q2 FY23). Earlier, as a Project Management Officer for Bangalore Airport digital transformation, I owned billing, collections, procurement, vendor management, revenue reporting, and budget/forecasting activities.
