What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product strategy, governance, and global delivery for enterprise HR, workforce, employee engagement, or operational technology platforms while partnering across business, technology, and vendor teams.

At McDonald's, I lead product strategy and governance for employee engagement and restaurant technology, including the Managed Technology Program supporting approximately 17,500 Apple-based devices across the U.S.

I've introduced Harri and Lifelenz iPad time clock solutions, launched the McDBravo! crew recognition platform with Awardco, and developed PeoplePlace, a ServiceNow-based HR portal. I partner with Operations, HR, Franchise Leadership, vendors, and technology teams to prioritize enhancements, drive adoption, and improve service delivery.

Previously, I led global talent technology implementations at McDonald's, including SmartRecruiters and HireVue deployments across Australia, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Bringing SmartRecruiters support in-house generated approximately $69,000 in annual savings.

My earlier work at Edelman, Sidley Austin, and Tribune Company focused on global HR systems, talent acquisition, performance management, PeopleSoft, Taleo, reporting, training, and process improvement.
