I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive global HR technology and ERP/HCM transformations, strengthen data governance and analytics, and deliver measurable process improvements—while building high-performing teams and lasting adoption across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.

I’m a transformation leader with 20+ years of experience driving enterprise-wide digital initiatives, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making across local and global organizations. I’m focused on aligning process, technology, and governance to improve efficiency, data quality, and operational performance.

In my current role as Global Director of People Technology & Shared Services Lead at Acushnet Company, I lead Workday and Oracle enterprise transformation initiatives across 32 countries and 16 languages, delivered on time and on budget. I manage a direct team of 10 and coordinate larger implementation and stakeholder groups, ensuring scalable operations and measurable service improvements.

I build and strengthen the foundations that make transformation stick—global operating models, data governance frameworks, and change management. I’ve established HR metrics and dashboards (including Visier) and partnered with Legal to negotiate vendor contracts and AMS support, with GDPR alignment to strengthen data integrity and compliance.

Previously, I served as Director of HRIS & HR Solution Center Lead at Lifespan and led a successful reimplementation approach after an Infor HCM failed implementation. I also directed PeopleSoft upgrades, improved digital HR service delivery, implemented compliance and credentialing solutions (including Ever Check), and led talent/performance/compensation system transitions such as PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors.
