I own lifecycle delivery, roadmap strategy, release planning, and platform performance across enterprise workforce systems supporting 300+ locations and 8,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada—balancing scalability, compliance, and operational continuity.
Previously, I owned the enterprise HR technology roadmap as an ERP Systems Manager for UKG Pro WFM modules including Forecasting, Advanced Scheduling, Timekeeping, Attendance, and Accruals, aligning workforce capabilities with payroll and operational requirements. Across programs, I’ve advanced Agile delivery, strengthened release governance and executive communication, reduced L0/L1 support demand using ServiceNow, and improved quality through end-to-end testing with OpenProject and Jira.
