I've always prided myself in establishing strong relationships with clients. This allows for a more natural flow of information, helping to ensure customer satisfaction. With over a decade in client-facing positions, I took on the challenge to get a stronger understand of "what is going on under the hood", by completing the Full Stack Software Engineering curriculum with Flatiron School.
