I’m looking for a senior or lead Customer Success role where I can guide client strategy, mentor teams, and drive adoption and growth across key accounts. I value opportunities to influence processes, partner closely with sales and product, and help shape the overall customer success function in a high-growth SaaS environment.

I’m a Customer Success professional with over a decade of experience across SaaS, legal tech, and construction technology. My career has spanned roles in sales and customer success, giving me a unique perspective on the full client journey—from pre-sales pilots and onboarding to adoption, renewals, and expansion.

At Trellis, I’ve managed a diverse portfolio of law firm, organizations and SLED accounts, driving adoption of advanced legal research tools while ensuring retention and growth. I’ve also built new verticals, run early-stage pilots, and collaborated with product teams to turn customer feedback into measurable improvements. Prior to Trellis, I held sales and marketing roles where I consistently exceeded targets, trained global partners, and honed my ability to build long-term client relationships.

Beyond my core work, I’ve led entrepreneurial projects in construction tech and aerial data mapping, exploring how technology can transform traditional industries. I’m passionate about simplifying complexity for clients, creating processes that scale, and helping organizations unlock the full value of the software they adopt.

Outside of work, I’m pursuing my MBA at Cal Poly Pomona, where I focus on leadership, strategy, and organizational behavior. I’m also a husband, dad to three young daughters, and someone who thrives on finding creative outlets—from drone photography to video games and music.
