I’m looking to lead B2B revenue growth across sales and partnerships—building channel programs, forecasting and governance, and high-performing teams to expand enterprise accounts and retention in SaaS and tech ecosystems.

I’m a Head of Sales and Partnerships leader with over 15 years in the technology sector, focused on B2B growth, commercial strategy, and revenue operations across Brazil and Latin America. I bring 10+ years leading sales teams and go-to-market execution that expands revenue through market development and growth in high-transformation environments.

At Pareto | Generative AI and Technology Company, I own channel partnerships strategy and operations, integrating Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations into one go-to-market engine. I built and launched a Partner Program that scaled to 216 active revenue-generating partners in two years, and delivered R$38.9M in channel-influenced ARR in 12 months (about 20% of total revenue), while leading a multidisciplinary team of 14.

Previously, as Head of Sales, I generated R$309M in ARR from 2019–2023, increased average contract value by 250%, reduced churn to below 3%, and grew sales capacity from 3 to 20 through training and performance management. Earlier roles strengthened my foundation in B2B SaaS sales process optimization, MRR growth, and LATAM channel structuring—always with a strong bias toward data-driven forecasting and scalable execution.
