I partner with senior Account Executives to coordinate customer needs and support a $2M+ pipeline. I also conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities before handoff, and refine sales processes and operational tools to improve team efficiency.

Previously, at Realm Restaurant Group, I consulted with clients on customized event solutions and managed high-value relationships from initial consultation through project completion. I prepared proposals, contracts, presentations, timelines, and project documentation while coordinating multiple engagements and introducing CRM software to improve lead tracking and sales organization.

My earlier experience managing a 20-person department at Little Gem Resorts strengthened my ability to build processes, mentor teams, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across departments to deliver strong customer experiences.
