What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build order in complex, fast-moving operations—improving systems, eliminating bottlenecks, leading teams, and scaling e-commerce, supply chain, or distribution businesses with measurable results.

I acquired and rebuilt Durvy LLC's e-commerce distribution operation, redesigning purchasing, inventory, logistics, warehouse workflows, and marketplace systems. I increased daily processing from 300 to more than 1,100 pieces, scaled a Walmart storefront to $136,000 in nine months, and recovered $20,000+ in lost reimbursements through a custom dispute process. I rebuilt it into a streamlined operation I can now run 100% remotely.

I've also led commercial banking portfolios at U.S. Bank, BMO Harris Bank, and Bank of Franklin County, where I grew a $20M+ portfolio and added 35 commercial clients. That side of my background covers treasury, payments, cash management, and credit facilities — the financial plumbing most early-stage teams don't have anyone in-house for.

I enjoy walking into undefined situations, finding the bottlenecks, and building practical systems that make teams, supply chains, and businesses run better. I work with founders and early-stage companies on a fractional or contract basis, fully remote.
