What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, part-time role (20-30 hrs/week, $60+/hour) where I can apply my operations leadership, project management, process improvement, and problem-solving experience. My background spans logistics, engineering, ecommerce, and business operations, and I’m open to roles across industries.

Operations and project leader with 20+ years of experience across logistics, engineering, ecommerce, and business operations. I spent nearly 10 years leading a 100,000 sq. ft. multi-client 3PL, improving inventory accuracy from about 90% to 99%, managing teams of up to 60, and overseeing $70K-$100K in monthly labor spend.

Earlier in my career, I spent 13 years leading nationwide engineering and systems integration projects across all 210 U.S. markets, managing teams, vendors, procurement, schedules, budgets, testing, and customer delivery. Most recently, I built a startup warehouse and ecommerce operation from the ground up, including Amazon FBA/FBM, returns, WMS workflows, and operating procedures.

I'm now looking for part-time remote work where I can apply that mix of operations leadership, project management, process improvement, customer service, and practical problem solving across a broader range of industries.
