I built NxGenSupply into a $1.2M Amazon FBA/FBM business, managing roughly 400 active SKUs, 2,250 monthly orders, and $130K in inventory.
I lead purchasing, replenishment, pricing, fulfillment, returns, cash-flow decisions, and a four-person distributed operations team. I created the SOPs, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and quality controls that support logistics and Philippines-based sourcing staff.
I’ve deployed 20+ GPT-based decision-support systems across pricing, supplier diligence, purchase analysis, inbox triage, and competitive intelligence. These workflows cut repricing reviews from 12–15 hours to 2–4 hours, expanded competitor research capacity by more than 10x, and made complex decisions more consistent and delegable.
