I’m looking for a role where I can produce clear, consistent documentation in agile teams—partnering with UX, development, and product to ship accurate user-focused guides, maintain style systems, and translate complex tools into simple workflows.

I’m a forward-thinking Senior Technical Writer with 20+ years of progressive success in cross-functional communications and operations. I write hard copy and online documentation for user, administrator, reference, installation, and deployment guides, and I’m known for quickly learning new products and tools to solve complex communication problems.

Most recently, I wrote hard copy and online documentation for financial management software, including multiple Cadency modules, an Automation Dashboard, and an agentic AI assistant.
