I’m looking to lead documentation strategy—building frameworks, style guides, and repeatable workflows—while partnering with SMEs and product teams to deliver audit-ready SOPs, end-user documentation, and training through modern CMS and tooling.

I’m a dedicated and driven information writing leader with more than 20 years in technical writing, journalism, research and development, and continuous improvement—turning complex systems into clear documentation people can actually use.

Across laboratory science, insurance, finance/fintech, manufacturing, and IT infrastructure, I’ve built repeatable technical publication frameworks, created technical writing style guides, and designed end-to-end processes from net-new documentation through SME data collection, review, and final publication.
