What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can strengthen reliable network and IT operations while building practical full-stack tools, solving incidents, improving service delivery, and growing across cloud, infrastructure, and security.

At CityNet Fiber Connections, I manage technical support, LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN infrastructure, network security controls, and Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments across multiple sites.

I built InnoQuid, an internal CRM and service desk platform integrating WHMCS billing, SMS/WhatsApp alerts, and role-based dashboards, reducing repeat-incident MTTR by 30%. I also led a network upgrade that improved end-to-end throughput by 20%.
