I am an Associate IT Developer and Network Engineer with hands-on experience designing and maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure and building full‑stack web applications. I hold a Computer Science degree and CCNA certification and graduated in 12/2024.
I've delivered secure, scalable features and integrations for customer experience platforms, engineered RESTful APIs, and optimized performance across web and voice/chat systems. My work emphasized near-zero downtime deployments and strong security controls.
In network roles I installed, configured, and troubleshot routers, switches, firewalls, access points and fiber cabling, managed DNS, and analyzed traffic to resolve bottlenecks. I also supported hospital network operations and implemented access controls and monitoring.
