What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve revenue operations, sales systems, CRM architecture, and AI workflow automation that solve real operational problems and support scalable growth.

At TEXO, I built the first formal outbound function and the revenue operations infrastructure behind it, including CRM architecture, pipeline stages, lead routing, sequencing, enablement collateral, and performance reporting. I carried that foundation through a PE acquisition, two mergers, and a rebrand as the company grew from 24 to more than 100 employees.

I closed self-sourced deals at 35% and met or exceeded quota every quarter while selling SaaS and marketing services across LinenMaster, Infinite Laundry, and Alliant Systems. I also used frontline pipeline analytics to identify market saturation patterns that informed an executive GTM pivot.

At Wanderly, I'm integrating Apollo, HubSpot CRM, and a dialer stack while designing AI workflow automation across 45+ internal use cases. I've led GTM repositioning toward an AI-enabled platform, developed ecosystem pricing research, and run discovery calls and demos for AI tools with healthcare staffing leaders.

Earlier, I led operations and asset management for Tidebrook Ventures, delivering renovation projects with 20%–40% ROI and under-10% budget variance. My career began in high-voltage field service and Navy electronics, where I learned to diagnose failures, restore critical systems, and lead teams under pressure.
