What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Revenue Operations that improves pipeline efficiency and CRM hygiene—combining data insights, forecasting accuracy, and AI-assisted workflow optimization to strengthen sales performance across teams.

I’m a Revenue Operations director recognized for building effective AI-specific partnerships and driving operational excellence across sales and marketing functions. I align Sales Enablement, CRM administration, and cross-departmental operations workflow optimization to solve complex problems with measurable outcomes.

At Other Dropit (04/2023–Present), I monitor sales performance with the CRO and VP of Sales—delivering sales KPIs, reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and performance trackers. I lead sales enablement and calls using data to inform cross-functional teams, then continuously evaluate the sales tech stack to improve pipeline execution from discovery to implementation.

Previously as a Sales Operations and Enablement Manager (12/2019–04/2023), I partnered with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to ensure global compliance on product information and account strategies. I supported product launches and expansion plans, created multi-level action plans by project and partnership across 5 countries, and introduced best practices and tools to accelerate sales team success.

Earlier, as Chief Project Officer (10/2016–12/2019), I executed end-to-end project plans across IT, software development, and marketing. I led store openings, remodels, closings, and software launches while coordinating teams around public-facing updates—building the operational discipline that carries directly into my RevOps work today.
