What I'm looking for

I am seeking a customer-facing role that leverages account and channel management skills, values collaboration, offers growth opportunities, and allows me to drive retention and revenue.

I am a sales and channel management professional with over 15 years' experience building partnerships, managing accounts, and delivering events that drive business growth. I combine commercial negotiation skills with a practical focus on retention and expansion.

At Logz.io I led the migration of 18 enterprise customers to a new consumption model, secured multi-year renewals with major enterprises, and designed a UK customer community to increase engagement. I was recognised with the 2023 “Passion for Customer” certificate for aligning customer goals and negotiating scalable agreements.

Previously I delivered substantial ARR uplift, project-managed vendor migrations, and developed repeatable account management processes at Cloudmore and other employers. I consistently exceeded targets, including achieving 300% of expansion targets in one role and driving revenue growth through renewals and upsell.

I am organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder collaboration, sales enablement, and event coordination. I hold a BA (Hons) and a Diploma in Mediation and seek to bring my customer-focused, results-driven approach to a dynamic organisation.
