I'm a founder-operator with 30+ years building, scaling, and exiting customer-driven businesses. In 2022 I led the successful exits of both FightFit Fitness — a globally-licensed B2B trainer certification platform I scaled from a single Jacksonville gym — and WMA Inc., a Jacksonville services business I grew over 28 consecutive years with 16%+ average annual growth.

Most recently I served as Director of Wellness at Stellar, where I built a greenfield corporate wellness program from concept to Platinum Award-winning delivery in the first full program year. Currently I'm full-time on REYNCO LLC, operating a portfolio of AI-native consumer subscription products and B2B services. DreamTimeTales, the flagship, is a subscription platform where Claude generates personalized children's content for every subscriber nightly through a fully automated n8n orchestration layer — built from first principles around AI, not bolted onto existing workflows.

What I'm looking for: a founding operator, Head of Operations, or Director of Customer Operations role at a seed or Series A B2B SaaS or consumer subscription company where AI-native workflows are the operating default.
